I will calculate your macros based on the information you give me. This is for a calorie deficit or calorie surplus.

What to expect during 12 weeks
Weekly Check-ins
—Weekly progress pictures, scale weigh-ins, biofeedback assessment such as energy level, libido, mood, digestion, sleep, motivation levels, etc. will be required in order to track changes (scale and pictures are not enough). I will send you a form with all of this. I believe in being thorough with my assessment so that I can provide you with value. But I also expect you, the client, to check in with me as it is your responsibility and this is your journey. I will not chase you down for check-in’s.
—Check-in is once a week. I will assess progress each week and we will work together on the next step of the journey. One phone call for consult weekly for 15 minutes.
—New client intake form will be emailed to client at sign up in order to establish current baseline, weekly progress and client goals.
—Your goals matter and I’m not here to impose my ideas onto you. You make the decision as to where you want to go and I am here to help you get there safely.
—I expect you to be honest with two people. Yourself and me. There’s no shame in going off track. When we do we pick ourselves off, figure out the why, and take steps to improve.
